The equipment consists of several parts of raw chemical transportation units, metering units, chemical reaction unit and control unit.
It uses sodium chlorate + sucrose complex sollution (NaClO3 + C12H22O11) and sulfuric acid (H2SO4) as raw chemicals to produce chlorine dioxide (ClO2) through a chemical reaction. The gas phase ClO2 is dosed into the combustion flue gas pipe for oxidation or into oxidation tower by spraying oxidation. The residual acidic waste liquid is discharged into the sewer after being absorbed by alkali.
